Some filters just let air through. Ours makes your R come alive – sharper throttle tip-in, a fatter torque curve, and power gains you can feel from idle to redline the moment it’s bolted into your OEM airbox. On a stock P2R, we’ve dyno’d +11WHP and +13WTQ from the filter swap alone. Nothing else touched.

Every SwedeSource filter is built around a hexagonal aluminum exoskeleton, not plastic, not cheap wire mesh. That cage is what separates us from the disposable filters flooding the market. Under boost, differential pressure is constantly trying to crush and deform lesser filters, collapsing the media and choking off the very airflow you paid for. Our aluminum structure holds its geometry no matter how hard you’re pushing, keeping the media fully intact, fully protected, and flowing exactly as designed – whether you’re daily driving or maxing out your turbo.

We’re proud to say every filter is designed, built, and shipped from right here in the USA – in Northern Illinois where our production lives and our home. No overseas factories, no outsourced quality control – just American engineering from CAD file to final product. We make your filters to order, and I (Justin, the owner) literally pack them in my home and drop them off to be shipped. This is the definition of supporting local.

Here’s where we really part ways with the competition: we don’t use cotton gauze, and we never will. Cotton is the industry default because it’s cheap and familiar, not because it’s good. It stretches out over repeated oilings, develops inconsistent gaps in the weave, and slowly gets worse at its one job – filtering – right as you’ve come to trust it. That oil migration is also how cotton filters end up gunking up your MAF sensor and throwing your fuel trims out of whack.

Our proprietary synthetic media skips all of that. It’s dry, gradient-density, and engineered to trap contaminants without ever needing oil. Maintenance is just a blast of 30-40psi regulated air from the inside out, and it comes back looking and performing like new. No mess, no guesswork, no MAF contamination – and a service life measured in years, not months.

One year warranty subject to approval. Will replace your unit the first time free of charge. Criteria for replacement eligibility include: manufacturing defects, rips/tears of the silicone not due to damage done by the user, or filter media defects that were missed. Send back your old unit to receive a replacement. One replacement allowed during warranty period.
